Nearly any wild species of animal can be a magic user and have green eyes, while no domestic creature will have them. Below are some examples; non-magic species are those of the domestic variety that will never have magic, except under rare circumstance (see Alaskan Klrumahigan), the magic species are the most common magic users.
Below is a chart of examples from each magic and non-magic species. For the most part, non-magic species are any species that have been in any way domesticated. Domestication strips the magic from the soul - and over time, destroys all chances of being born with magic.
With the soul stripped, this also prevents them from being effected by the undead magic viruses.
This chart does not, of course, include ALL species - it would be impossible to list them all - so if you are curious about where a species you like would fall in this world, feel free to contact me and ask!

However, there are not only typical animals with magic, but this world also has their own collection of unique magical creatures.
Technology and mortals rule the times, the magical creatures remaining under the radar - for the most part. They are everywhere, and use their magic to hide themselves from the world, less they be subjected to the Magic Defense Force.
There are several divisions of the magical world, and all of them work together to keep other magical creatures from causing trouble.
